          Tantalize your taste buds with our delectable, first-class Ada Sailing fare. We use the freshest, seasonal ingredients from local markets to create a “scrumptious” menu for each sailing adventure.

VIP 5-Star Service Sail

  • Fresh Fruit and Homemade bread (6 hours tour)
  • Choose 3 Appetizers (6 hours tour)
  • Choose 2 Appetizers (4 hours tour)
  • Avocado Dip – Fresh avocados are combined with cream and seasoned with thyme to create the quintessential – and hear-healthy – treat.
  • Blue Cheese Dip – Tangy blue cheese and salty black olives are folded into a creamy sour cream dip.
  • Empanadas Argentinas – Savory meat and egg whites with herbs make up the flavorful stuffing for our flakey pastry shells.
  • Goat Cheese Canapé – Our house garlic dressing drapes this Ada Sailing favorite.
  • Greek Salad – Red and yellow peppers, tomatoes, feta cheese, onion, cucumber and black olives are tossed in a zesty, homemade dressing.
  • Italian Bruschetta – Freshly baked bread is toasted with garlic and topped with a robust blend of basil, cherry tomatoes and herbs.
  • Tomato Tapas – Freshly baked bread is topped with a flavorful tomato, garlic and red bell pepper.
  • Tomatoes Stuffed with Fresh Mozzarella and Basil
  • Artichoke Parmesan Dip – Marinated artichokes, grated parmesan cheese and mayonnaise are blended and baked to create this molten dip.
  • Vegetarian Tapas – Market-fresh vegetables are roasted and caramelized with olive oil to fine bakery breads.
Lunch
  • Grilled Chicken Skewers – Tender chicken, onion, red bell peppers and pineapple are threaded and grilled for a sweet and savory flavor.
  • Mexican Chipotle Shrimp – Succulent Pacific shrimp are bathed in traditional Mexican chipotle sauce.
  • Mushroom Chicken – Moist chicken breasts are layered with plump mushrooms and a creamy sauce. 
  • Orange-Brandy Shrimp – Our special brandy and amaretto sauce marinades this tasty shrimp entrée.
  • Baked Red Snapper – Freshly caught snapper is enhanced with a buttery basil and garlic sauce.
  • Oven Roasted Salmon with Tricolor Peppers – Hearty salmon is topped with a farm-fresh mix of onions and peppers and a seasoned olive oil drizzle.
Dessert
  • Corona and Pacifico beer and premium cocktails.

Classic Sailing
