Reservation and Cancellation Policies

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

We want to ensure the best experience for all our clients, so anticipating your reservation guarantees that we can give you the perfect moment.

PAYMENTS:

In the case of Ticket Tours, payment is made for the number of people you have indicated in the reservation, and it is your responsibility to cancel places that are not going to attend with a maximum of 48 hours in advance.

In the case of a Private Tour, payment is made for the experience on the boat and up to 20 passengers can board; no discount applies if not all 20 are on board.

For Private Tours, 50% must be paid as an advance payment to block the date. In case you do not pay and another client wants the date, priority will be given to the person who pays first.

For Ticket Tours, 50% of the passengers in the reservation must be covered.

Card Payments:

For payments with a Debit or Credit Card, the company has MercadoPago, which is a 100% secure and reliable system to make your payment.

Payment by Debit or Credit Card has an additional charge of 5% applied to the total of your purchase.

Payments with Paypal:

You can request to make your payment through PayPal, there is an additional 4% charge applied to the total of your purchase.

Transfer payment:

You can ask the company for the banking information necessary to make your transfer. Confirmation of said transfer will be carried out within the next 24 hours. The company will, under no circumstances, ask for your bank or card details to make a reservation.

For both private tours and tickets, the total cost of the reservation must be covered. This payment can be made in cash upon boarding or with a debit or credit card at the dock.

In all our tours, cancellation does not entail any additional charge, 100% of its value will be refunded as long as it applies under the following rules:

TICKET TOURS

If your reservation is more than 48 hours prior to your trip.

If you have a health problem that prevents you from boarding the boat and present a certificate issued by a private doctor.

If there are problems with the tide or bad weather that could affect the customer experience.

PRIVATE CHARTERS

If your reservation is made more than 8 days prior to the date of your trip, 100% of its value will be returned.

If your reservation has 3 to 5 days prior to departure, only 50% of its value will be refunded.

If your reservation is in the next 48 hours, only a change of day in the reservation will be accepted and will be subject to availability. There will be no refund in case of cancellation

IMPORTANT:

Cancellation has no penalty if it is more than 8 days prior to the tour date and 100% of its value is returned within a period of 3 to 5 business days.

With 48 hours prior to the departure date it will only be possible to change the date and only if the availability of the tours allows it, in this case the refund does not apply in case of cancellation.

If the client does not show up, arrives late or does not confirm his or her trip, there will be no refund.

For Ticket Tours, 15 minutes of tolerance are granted to board the boat and in the case of a Private Tour, 30 minutes of tolerance will be given.

For Private Tours that have changed dates, no cancellation policy applies and no refund will be made in case of cancellation.

PRICES AND EXCHANGE RATES

All prices on our website are handled in Mexican Pesos (MX).

If you make a payment in dollars, we use the bank rate of the day so that your account statement reflects as closely as possible the price in dollars published in the DOF.

PROMOTIONS

Promotions and special gifts are not applicable for date changes and do not constitute an option for returns in case of cancellations.
