Tipping is optional but deeply appreciated. If you enjoyed the service, the customary amount in Mexico is 15–20% of the total trip cost.

Before You Sail

Where do we meet for the tour?

Our meeting point is Los Peines Pier, next to the Naval Hospital in Puerto Vallarta. Please arrive 15–20 minutes before departure to check in and pay the port fee.

This is a federal tax for pier use, not included in your tour price. The fee is $43 MXN per person, payable in cash at the pier office. Children under 8 and adults with an INSEN ID are exempt.

Yes. Parking is available at the Los Peines entrance for about $25 MXN per day per vehicle.

Weather & Cancellations

What happens if it rains?

Puerto Vallarta’s tropical weather changes quickly — short rain showers are common but rarely last long. If the harbormaster closes the port due to a tropical storm, we’ll reschedule your trip or provide a full refund.

Cancellations received at least one (1) weeks before your scheduled trip qualify for a full refund. You can review the complete policy here
